The whole electric control system is divided into three parts: high voltage frequency control system, double PLC network operation system and intelligent upper monitoring system.
1. Full digital high voltage AC variable frequency speed regulation system is adopted;
2. The full digital closed-loop control of speed, current and position is adopted to make the hoist run stably and reliably at any speed and keep the creeping distance constant, so that the hoist has high operation efficiency.
3. Two sets of programmable controllers with different configurations are selected for operation and safety protection system. The main and auxiliary PLC communicate and monitor each other. The operation process realizes double line control mode. The key signals of hoist operation are protected by multiple protection and monitored by each other.
4. PLC operation control system can complete the control requirements of hoist manual, semi-automatic, maintenance, emergency, tank, manual overwinding and other operation modes. According to the position, direction and lifting type of the lifting container, the control system automatically selects a larger running speed to improve the operation efficiency of the system.
5. It has three safety protection circuits, including two software safety circuits and one hardware safety circuit. The key links adopt triple or multiple protection, such as over winding, overspeed, 2m fixed-point overspeed, etc. Multiple safety protection circuits are redundant with each other to ensure the efficient and safe operation of mine equipment. The hardware safety circuit includes backup deceleration, overspeed, speed limit and over winding protection.
6. There are sound and light alarm or pre alarm for light and heavy faults.
7. The monitoring system adopts the industrial computer made in Taiwan as the upper computer, equipped with large screen color display and color printer to realize multi screen real-time monitoring, multi parameter digital and curve display and record, alarm record of various faults, charts and curves recorded for more than 10 days, lifting cycle, and communication function with PLC.
8. Each subsystem exchanges data and signals through the network to realize networked distributed control, which greatly reduces the external wiring of the whole system and saves the installation period and cost.
9. The system has the function of remote diagnosis. Through the observation and analysis of various input ports, output ports and intermediate parameters of the electric control system of the hoist through the telephone network, the cause of the fault can be determined in a short time and the corresponding solutions can be found, which is conducive to the technical communication with the field users and the rapid handling of faults and problems.
