JTK mine hoist It is designed and manufactured according to the enterprise standard Q / hbwf001-2007 JTK mine hoist and aq1032-2007 safety inspection specification for JTK mine hoist. It is suitable for coal mine, metal mine, nonmetal mine ground or underground inclined roadway and small shaft as lifting material.

The winch is mainly composed of spindle device, safety brake, depth indicator, reducer, working brake system, gear coupling motor, electrical control system and other components.
When the main motor is started, the power is transmitted to the high-speed shaft of the reducer by the motor rotor through the elastic coupling. After two-stage gear transmission and deceleration, the passive shaft of the reducer is transmitted to the main shaft device through the coupling. If the rotation direction of the motor is changed continuously, the drum can be wound or the wire rope can be loosened. At the same time, the lifting container can go up and down the shaft and move periodically.
JTK mine hoist adopts master controller to control the on-off of AC contactor to switch resistance for speed regulation. The winch structure is divided into integral type and split type. It is equipped with two sets of brakes. Manual braking and electromagnetic braking work independently, with double sets of protection. It meets the needs of mine safety regulations. It has compact structure, small volume, convenient and flexible. It has over roll protection and anti loose rope device, depth indicator failure protection, etc.
I. the lower safety factor of steel wire rope shall meet the following requirements:
1. 9 times for lifting personnel; 2. Lifting personnel and materials (9 times for lifting personnel, 9 times for mixed lifting, 7.5 times for lifting materials); 3. 6.5 times for lifting materials.
2. The ratio of the diameter of the drum to the diameter of the steel wire rope of the mine hoist in the mine shall not be less than 80 times; the ratio of the diameter of the drum to the diameter of the steel wire rope of the hoist in the underground mine shall not be less than 60 times.
III. The number of winding layers of wire rope on the drum shall meet the following requirements:
1. Floor 1 for lifting personnel or lifting personnel and materials in the shaft; floor 2 for lifting materials;
