   working principle:

When starting the main motor, the motor rotor transmits the power to the high-speed shaft of the reducer through the elastic coupling. After being driven and decelerated by the reducer, the passive shaft of the reducer is transmitted to the main shaft device through the gear coupling.    Installation steps:

1) organize installation personnel to the construction site to check whether the foundation meets the installation requirements, and clean the installation site.

2) the foundation parts (bearing beam, brake seat, reducer and motor base at the lower part of the main shaft device) that need secondary grouting shall be scraped into rough surface, and the oil stain shall be removed and the foundation shall be washed with clean water.

When the mine hoist is installed, the construction should be organized according to the sequence of the installation progress chart. In order to shorten the installation period, the division of labor of personnel should be reasonably allocated and parallel operation should be implemented. (4) after the motor pair is installed, the main parts of the hoist have been installed. At this time, efforts should be organized to construct the lubrication system and brake system. If the brake disc and drum are to be welded on site, the brake system can only be assembled after the welding is completed and the brake disc is turned.

(5) the installation of the whole machine shall be inspected and accepted by the relevant departments at higher levels, leaders at all levels and engineering technical leaders, and the idle running shall be carried out. Before the idle running, the jacking screw device shall be adjusted, and the main shaft bearing beam and reducer shall be jacked to prevent loosening. The secondary grouting can be carried out only when everything is normal.

The lower safety factor of steel wire rope is as follows:
