Oil leakage and unstable oil pressure: after long-term use, there will be a lot of leakage between the oil collecting circuits in the braking device and between the valve and the oil collecting circuit, and the drop of oil pressure will cause the valve to slip due to the difference between them. relax. If the screw is loose, the screw can be tightened to correct the problem. The oil pressure is unstable, because there is air mixed in the hydraulic system, so the air should be discharged. Otherwise, the coil current of the electro-hydraulic pressure regulator cannot be filtered well, and the coil will vibrate up and down, which will lead to the unstable oil pressure. Please add electrolytic capacitor to enhance the filter.
The oil pressure value cannot be guaranteed: the reason is that there is air suction in the system, there is a lot of foam in the oil tank, or the overflow valve and electromagnetic directional valve have a large leakage. Treatment method: check whether the oil pump suction inlet leaks; whether the oil pump suction pipe joint is tight; whether the suction screw is tightened; whether the suction filter leaks into the pipeline from the oil suction port; check whether the oil pump cover screw is tightened; if the flexible valve body is in active state, clean the valve core of the relief valve. You can hold the spool by hand and grind it back and forth in the body. Cleaning the solenoid valve core requires the valve core to move flexibly in the valve body to ensure that the valve core is in place during operation.
Zero oil pressure: no pressure, the brake of hoisting winch will not be loose; braking system: the oil pump rotates reversely or the oil pump has no output; the relief valve slide valve on the electro-hydraulic proportional device is stuck and the damping hole is blocked. The oil suction port of the oil pump is not smooth and the oil suction filter is blocked; there is dirt inside the pressure valve, and the conical valve cannot be closed. Treatment method: correct the rotation direction of the pump and eliminate the fault of the oil pump; dismantle and clean the overflow valve, requiring the valve core to move flexibly in the valve body, and blow the damping hole with compressed air. Clean the filter element, check the oil suction pipe, whether the road is blocked; remove the pressure valve and remove the conical valve for cleaning.
High residual pressure: the residual pressure is too high to brake. The main reason is that the distance between the baffles on the control lever of the electro-hydraulic regulating device is too small. The hole in the valve is too large. Treatment method: adjust or replace the baffle on the control rod; replace the valve hole with a smaller diameter hole.
